Terms & Condition:
Minimum call out fee $85.
We aim to be on time for each service but this can be affected by traffic conditions! We will always contact you in case of a delay. We kindly ask for parking available, otherwise, there may be additional charges.
If you need to postpone or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
Additional charges may apply depending on the floor on which the steam cleaning area is based (no additional charges for the ground and first floor or lift property.
